If you want to block weird content but still play cool videos, get NoScript and only allow specific objects, like an embedded video in a blog you trust.</description>

Also - I use the DownloadHelper Firefox extension, which even with Flash blocked and JavaScript disabled will detect video content on the web page and will offer to let you download the FLV so you can watch it with your favourite media player (for example mplayer of VideoLan).</description>

		<description>Whenever you embed a video in your blog, please give a link to its page on YouTube/Metacafe/etc. as well. Some people have JavaScript and/or Flash disabled in their default browsers (like me) and for a very good reason.
