Hello, Oded.

I’m very angry at you now. Shortly after you left, my SMTP+POP services (hosted at eonspace.net, which is owned by you) has died. I couldn’t receive any email. I couldn’t reach you by phone, despite calling you several times, or by email. You’ve left without telling me (and your other customers) who your backup is in case there are problems.

As a result I had to find a different temporary venue for hosting my POP account. GoDaddy’s email service rejected emails from my @iglu.org.il domain – see the Linux-IL archive, and I ended up opting for Google Apps. But I’ve lost several days worth of emails – all because of your irresponsibility.

We’ll need to have a long talk once you return.

Regards,
